Everyday new things happening around us. And each one of us only sees what our eyes could see, feels what touches us directly, hears as far as our ears could hear, tastes only the food we take, or smells what nose could smell. It means not all of us knows the event that is beyond the five senses. With this, Prudence Charlz creates a journal that everyone could share to others about places, things, food, and people using our senses.

It's Thursday! And it means the new issue of Prudence Charlz eNewsletter is again out. She would like to thank her readers for their positive feedback that makes her going. Without her readers and, of course, contributing writers (Paul Ian Serrato, Doreen Irinco, Thet R. Mesias, Maryniza Millare, Faith Tangkengko, Rachiel Key, Vanessa Quilente-Rodriguez, and Biela Boquiren-Liwag), Prudence Charlz eNewsletter would not be possible.

Have the glimpse of the third issue:

Customer is always right?
The phrase “the customer is always right” was coined by businessman Harry Gordon Selfridge. He was the founder of Selfridge’s department store, which is the largest department in Oxford Street, London and was opened in 1909. This phrase is normally used by businesses to convince customers that they will get good products and services from the said company, and to convince employees to give customers good services. Car, Car, Cost
Have you ever think of having your own car when: (1) Every time you got stuck in a traffic jam, but could not use any alternate route since you are riding in a public utility vehicle; (2) Every time you want to do some adventure with family or friends away from your house; (3) Every time you are late for work or school because jeepneys, buses, or trains have no space for you; or (4) there’s no reason at all but just to buy it? Splurging on Sales and Freebies
Budget is tight these days and that’s why nothing gets consumers more excited than these two words – SALE and FREE. But while sales and freebies are good venues to save money, we must also be discerning about our purchases. Both these promotional activities give an impression of saving money, however, that’s not always the case. Read more...

Be a Smart Cyber Consumer
Leave it to the Internet to make everything possible – from seeking valuable information for research, to finding long lost friends and winning new ones (sometimes even more than that), to downloading entertainment materials like music, movies, and even e-books. Today, even shopping is at the tip of our fingers. Read more...

Celebrate Your Birthday on the Cheap
There is really no excuse not to celebrate your birthday. It’s the only day of the year that you are given the right or should we say an excuse to splurge. There are certain exceptions though. Especially during times of personal economic turmoil, you are subjugated to certain thrifty habits even after being given the excuse to overindulge. But having a tight budget doesn’t mean you won’t be able to enjoy or celebrate any occasion. Read more...

    About Me

Prudence Charlz was just a pen name for promoting other blog sites and for sharing views and opinions through her blog. It was just a name for sharing stories. But last November 2009, Jasmin has dreamed on using Prudence Charlz as a name that would assist Filipinos and Philippine consumers and companies. And it became a reality when she published her first-ever eNewsletter holding the mission of “Bridging the Gap between Consumer and Enterprise” last May 20, 2010 and made the news and features accessible through www.prudencecharlz.com. She got nice feedback from her friends and readers from all over the metro and even reached Filipinos in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Singapore. But on July 2010, Prudence Charlz went on a vacation since Jasmin has to focus on her freelance work in creative and multimedia. It was also the time for her to think more about the name that would like to create a “name” for bringing even small changes in the lives of Filipinos. This might be still not within reach, however, but someday it will be. And that would only be the start of her story.
